Note: David will not read lines that disrespect God or the name of Jesus (i.e. G-d D-mn), unless they are spoken by a character who acts that way, or from a real person who spoke that way in a real historical situation. So, if a script that requires him to speak as himself (not introduced as a character) or in prose, he will replace them. Examples include yells, grunts, or creative language at the same intensity (without ruining the narrative flow), or he will omit them. Since this is an issue for some people, you deserve to know up front.
